We guarantee access to purchased course materials. If you cannot access your purchased course and support cannot resolve the issue, you are eligible for a refund under this policy.
Eligible reasons for a refund include:
- You did not receive access to the purchased course
- Course access is broken or inaccessible and cannot be restored
- The delivered course materials are incomplete or corrupted
- Technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing the content
2. How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:

- Describe the delivery issue you encountered
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24-48 hours
